United States Courthouse - Seattle, Wa
This design-build project's scope is to make upgrades to the Courthouse's entry atrium for building performance and security. The work includes adding 28 automatically operated windows that will provide make-up air for an enhanced smoke management system in the lobby atrium as well as provide new revolving doors and a relocated ADA access entry. The work also includes all required design-build modifications and additions to the buildings electrical, mechanical, and fire life safety systems.
